I'm So Chile (Heat Level: 1 of 10) Roasted Green Pueblo Chiles straight from Pueblo, Colorado are carefully blended with gobs of roasted garlic and white onions along with a splash of lime juice and a pinch of cane sugar to provide a truely unique sweet and savory flavor profile with just enough heat to pouring it on your enchiladas, fettuccine alfredo, fish sandwiches, and your eggs at breakfast.

I'm So Chile is produced with roasted green Pueblo Chile, white vinegar, white onion, roasted garlic, lime juice and a bit of cane sugar to provide balance. You will want to practice self control with this one, it will be gone in one sitting.

Pueblo Red (Heat Level: 2 of 10 Roasted red Pueblo Chiles which have been ripened slowly in the hot Pueblo sun are mixed with loads of garlic and shallots to provide a truely unique bold flavor profile with just enough heat to pouring it on your burgers, hot dogs, carne asada tacos, and more.

Garlic Fuego (Heat 2.5 of 10) is an extremely jalapeno packed, garlic loaded verde hot sauce that will certainly add that next dimension to your food.
