Super Spicy Beef Jerky Recipe Using PexPeppers Hot Sauce

3 words. Super Spicy Jerky

You will need the following

  • 6 large limes
  • 1-2 tablespoons of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of pepper
  • 3 oz liquid smoke
  • about 1 oz 7 Pot Panic Hot Sauce
  • 2.25 lbs meat with fat cut off and cut into strips
  • Sous Vide machine


Marinate your strips of beef in our 7 Pot Panic hot sauce, some lime juice, pepper, salt, and liquid smoke for 18 hours (24 hr for max burn/flavor)

Add everything to a sous vide bag and seal. Bring temperature up to 145F for 10 minutes.

Put on a pair of NITRILE gloves and transfer meat strips to your dehydrator @ 165 until it is dried to your tastes. Eat quickly as this an uncured beef jerky.
